This was my first child and I was overdue. My pregnancy had gone as far as was healthy for the baby and myself. My midwife was very concerned. I needed to deliver in next two days or the doctors would have to induce the baby. My midwife suggested I call Neva. Neva saw me that night. We did a TAT session releasing on my fear of giving birth.
I went home feeling calm and relaxed. I actually felt ready to give birth! Just 3 hours after my session with Neva I went into labor. I called my midwife and she met me at hospital. Doctors were standing by just in case.
I delivered a very healthy baby girl early the next morning.

Even though this was my third child, I had a great deal of fear and anxiety regarding the birth process. I had negative experiences with the birth of my other 2 children and felt that the fear I was carrying was effecting my baby. I do not use medication during labor and I dreaded the thought of another painful labor.
