Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT®)

Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT®) is an easy to use self-help tool.   It is a combination of placing your attention on whatever the issue is and holding a few specific acupressure points around your eyes and the back of your head. TAT® is an effective and gentle technique for personal and spiritual growth.

In class you will learn  to release negative energy patterns from anywhere in your life where you feel stuck. You’ll learn how to release stress and as a result, engage in life more confidently.  We’ll look at and dissolve negative emotions,  and other programs that are holding you back. Bring “what’s up” with you. There will be time set side  for peer partnering.
